Covid-19 Update from ArborOne Farm Credit
To our valued member-borrowers and friends,
ArborOne Farm Credit would like to take this opportunity to inform you of some updates to our office operations in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19). Our goal is to continue providing excellent customer service and keep our systems and services running, while protecting the health and safety of our borrowers and employees.
For the past two weeks, teams have been working remotely while the office has remained open with limited staff. Employees will continue operating in this manner until further notice, however beginning Monday, April 6, 2020 our lobbies will be closed to the public. We will accept visitors by appointment only. Customers dropping off payments at the Conway location may use mail slot in the front door, and customers of the Florence office should leave payments in the mailbox by the road. Signage will be provided at each location for your assistance.
We want to make sure you have access to all the financial services we offer. Be assured that you can access your accounts and services without needing to visit a branch by using our digital banking platform Digital Banking or by calling us at one of our office locations for assistance.
