Announcing: Climate-Smart Grown in SC - Incentive Program for farmers and landowners in SC
Climate-Smart Grown in SC
A collaboration between Clemson University, SC State University, and 27 Partner Organizations in South Carolina
Funded by USDA’s Building Partnerships for Climate-Smart Commodities Initiative
This pilot-project will provide financial incentives and technical support for practices in four production systems; Peanuts, Forages for Beef Cattle, Leafy Greens, and Forestry, track data related to changes in carbon emissions, and develop new markets for producers.

All grower interest meetings are free. Please join us for a virtual and in-person events held on Thursdays in March for the Peanuts, Leafy Greens, and Forages programs.
